Yesterday, we had a family birthday party for Sadie. Friday afternoon/night, my good friend, Marcela and I decorate Sadie's cakes. It took us 3 hours just to decorate them. Marcela has a great fondant recipe that we used. It was so much fun and they turned out pretty darn cute. Thank you SO much Marcela for your help! We made Sadie a garbage bag outfit to protect her clothes while she got to eat her cake. She sure loved it! Sadie got lots of good things for her birthday, some clothes, shoes, a book, kitchen toys, swim suit and her big girl car seat. She had a great first birthday! Thank you everyone for helping us celebrate.
