Michigan

For the past week, Sadie and I have been at my parents house in Michigan. We are helping them get their house ready to put up for sale. We've been organizing and cleaning out the house, they put us right to work. We've also been able to do some fun things...go for walks, out to eat, gone to the mall, my dad got a new truck, played on the swing set outside and enjoying making memories. Last night, Grant's brother Chase and his wife Mackenzie and their 2 month old daughter Brooklyn came to visit us. It was great to finally meet sweet-darling little Brooklyn, what a cutie she is. Sadie just LOVED her, maybe a little too much. She was in Heaven when we let them sit on the couch together for pictures and then threw a fit when it was over. She just didn't understand why she could hold, hug and kiss Brooklyn constantly. I guess we get to look forward to this everyday in Feb. We are having a great trip so far and we've got another week of fun still to come. Can't wait till Grant gets here in a week, we sure MISS him!
